1 large egg
Handful Salad leaves
2 tbsp milk
salt and pepper
- Finely chop salad leaves and place in a bowl;
- Add egg and milk to the bowl and beat with a fork until well combined;
- Cook marinara mix in a fry pan until almost cooked, then remove from pan;
- Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the frypan, and sprinkle seafood on top;
- When egg has mostly solidified, fold it in half, then pour another 1/3 of the egg mix into the pan;
- Flip the cooked "log" onto the flat, then add the remaining egg;
- Cook briefly on all sides, then remove from pan and slice into rounds.
