Creamy Marinara Pasta

100g Marinara mix
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
Vegetable stock
2 tsp cornflour
1/2 a red capsicum
2 shallots
1/2 cup grated cheese
small pasta of choice

  1. Chop shallot and capsicum into fine pieces;
  2. In a saucepan combine marinara mix, capsicum, shallot, milk, water and stock. Heat on low until a boil is reached;
  3. Mix cornflour with enough water to make paste, and add to saucepan. Boil for 30 sec to 1 minute and remove from heat;
  4. Add cheese and stir;
  5. Serve on small pasta.
