Chilli Vinegar

Chillies
1 bottle white balsamic vinegar

  1. Slice the chillies in half;
  2. remove the plastic spout thing from the vinegar bottle;
  3. Add the chillies to the vinegar;
  4. replace the spout thingy;
  5. put in the back of a dark cupboard for a few weeks;
  6. Enjoy
